Athena – Asset Management System
Athena is a fully web-based asset management tool based on the asset management philosophies of Covaris. The tool reinforces the business processes allowing asset owners to balance the cost of maintaining or upgrading the equipment base to suit the organisational requirements versus the risk of not performing the work. This cost versus risk analysis leads to the ability to generate zero-based budgets and assists in quantifying the potential impact on the organisation for changes in budgeted spend in maintenance, and sustainment related capital spend.

Cynosure – Maintenance Scheduling Tool.

Cynosure is not a maintenance scheduler, but is rather a scheduling tool. In a large facility or organisation, it is often difficult to visualise and understand the work requirements and subsequent maintenance resource load. This tool assists a maintenance scheduler in the ability to fully visualise the work requirements for the asset base and simplifies the task of packaging and scheduling work. It does not automatically generate maintenance schedules, but assists a maintenance scheduler in what is often a tricky task of determining what work should be performed to obtain the best result for the business.
